Benjamin S. Ramsey is the founder of Ramsey Law Firm, PLLC. He represents businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, property owners, developers and contractors in business, real estate, construction and transactional legal matters. He is also developing the firm's aviation practice, with an initial focus on aircraft transactions, ownership and business matters, and aviation-related real estate and development.

Before practicing law, Mr. Ramsey built a background in business, real estate and construction. His experience includes commercial and residential real estate ownership, real estate investment and development, residential construction, rental property ownership, business operations, financing, permitting and involvement in real estate projects from planning through construction and ongoing property operations.

Mr. Ramsey is a Florida Certified General Contractor and a Florida-licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. His experience as a property owner, investor, developer and contractor provides a practical perspective that complements his legal representation of businesses, property owners, developers and construction clients.

Mr. Ramsey's aviation interests also inform the firm's developing aviation practice, which focuses primarily on aircraft transactions, ownership and business matters, and aviation-related real estate and development.

Outside the practice of law, Mr. Ramsey enjoys aviation, boating, fishing, hunting and spending time outdoors. An avid outdoorsman, he also values time with his family and involvement in his church community. His faith, family and community are important parts of his life.
