Benjamin S. Ramsey, Esq.
Benjamin Ramsey is an attorney who brings the benefit of years of experience as a real estate agent and a certified general contractor to his clients. Ben’s knowledge of the local real estate market, the building industry and real estate law allow him to work tirelessly to answer each one of his client’s questions, and ensure that their real estate transactions go smoothly from start to finish.
Ben began his career in the real estate industry in 1997 as a realtor and general contractor. Ben bought, sold and built residential and commercial properties in the Southwest Florida area while gaining valuable experience and insight into this unique local economy. In 2008, Ben returned to Kentucky to pursue his lifelong dream of going to law school. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Kentucky and a Juris Doctor degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. Ben is licensed to practice law in Florida, the Commonwealth of Kentucky and Washington D.C.
When not practicing law, Ben enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.

Joseph H. Brown is a licensed Florida attorney advising Florida entrepreneurs on matters of entity formation, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property matters, including trademark protection. He provides practical, business-oriented counsel designed to minimize risk and support strategic growth. Mr. Brown began his legal career after graduating from The University of Florida, Levin College of Law in May 2007 and gaining admittance to The Florida Bar Association in January 2008.
